Light gage galvanized steel frame system packages cost less than Red-iron steel systems. We provide a maximum of three (3) free estimates of OUR steel home plans. Included in our estimates are the following: Complete set of steel home plans; Complete steel home package; Shipping and any tax costs.
Please contact the office for exact costs. Included: in our steel frame packages are steel trusses, steel roof furring, Steel interior wall studs and track, Exterior walls, Steel sub-fascia for overhangs. Steel furring for all ceiling surfaces. All window & door steel framing materials. Second floor joists for [2-story areas]. Steel framing components for dormers and roof and porch saddles. Fasteners for studs, rafters, joists, furring and sub-fascia framing. Four (4) sets of working drawings and erection instructions, including anchor bolt layout.
Red-Iron framing is also available for some of the designs shown above, contact us directly for a quote. Note: Steel First floor systems are available for basement foundations.
